PORTLAND — The FBI is asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating an unknown female who may be a witness to a crime. She is described as:

White female
Age: Unknown
Hair: Reddish brown
Eyes: Blue/green
Height: 5’5″ (approximately)
Weight: 140 pounds (approximately)
